Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently Manage Order Process, all order types
- Proficiently Handle customer’s order information in multi-platform
- Collaboratively Work with the relevant parties in variety dimension
- Productively Manage the respective report and documents
- Thoroughly Handle E-mail management
- Nicely Handle customer phone call in good etiquette
- Others – as assigned
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- At least 2 years experiences in Customer Services, Customer Support, Customer Care, Sales Administration, Sales Support or the relevant jobs
- Fast Adaptability, Positive Attitude, Great 3C (Coordinate – Collaborate – Cooperate), Proficient Communication and never ever stop learning
- Computer Literacy. SAP, MS Excel and English Language are advantages
