Facility manager
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project management for building renovation etc.
- Be the project manager to lead the various projects. Plan, designed, organize and control all the plants’ engineering projects to achieve set targets and at the most competitive construction prices.
- Ensure that the factory buildings are maintained in good conditions and at reasonable costs.
2. Provide an appropriate technical consultancy and suggest modification of the machines to manufacturing personnel regarding efficiency of the equipment used and energy consumed.
3. Design and modify the operation processes to improve the efficiencies of all energy sources and site machineries.
4. Manage maintenance team to operate and maintain to make sure that all system in ready-to-use condition
- Facility system and Utility machines in term of Refrigerator, air compressor, air dryer, cooling tower, AHU, air condition, fire alarm system.
- Production machines.
- Ware house equipment, forklift and building.
- Factory electric system.
5. Provide a Preventive maintenance schedules to FM team and allocate work to all system. And manage the preventive maintenance plan (PM) to complete 100% with on time - in full.
6. Manage team to support the quality control in terms of Facility and Maintenance, Quality concerns, Document control and record, Quality audit (Internal, External) and Customer audit.
7. Manage team to deliver corrective maintenance (CM) (Repairing by notification)
8. Lead root cause analysis on major issue to prevent machine breakdown reoccurrence both Decrease MTTR and Increase MTBF
9. Suppliers management in terms of FM and engineering.
10. Safety management roles; manage safety officer to comply safety regular practice and regal requirement. Ensure and also comply the all health and safety regulations and practices in company. Security management and Budgeting the cost to support safety function annually.
11. Manage the contract agreement of forklift for HO and branches
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years working experience involving all aspects in Food & Beverage or Pharmacy manufacturing operation plant's Facility systems including Utility system and Electrical Distribution Systems.
- Experienced in designing buildings, renovating, including being able to write drawings
- Hard-working, self-disciplined, and positive working attitude.
- Be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
- Energetic, having self-motivation, and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good command of English.
