SAP Application Specialist - Assistant Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Accountable for the End-to-End SAP Business Solutions Operations.
• Demonstrated ability with comprehensive knowledge and proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA application-based solutions and proficiency in end-to-end integration with other functional modules e.g. SD/MM/IM/FI/CO/PP.
• Closely coordinate with BIT team and partner consultant in alignment frameworks of Governance of Corporate Compliance from the Group for both SAP to deliver the impactful value to business operations effectively.
• Analyze key business operational metrics to identifies continuous improvement opportunities and risks and implements the full cycle and support complex business processes in SAP Application
• Professional engaging with business management team to address value propositions and business cases.
• Develops Business SAP Services Metrics and reports to monitor and measure demand and performance against SLAs with regular reporting to BIT Manager.
• Manage and coordinate SAP services partner for all SAP Security Control and processes are in place according to company standards and reviews periodically to prevent any violations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Technology or related fields
• 7+ Years of concrete experience in SAP SD/MM/IM/FI/CO/PP business solutions (SAP S/4HANA version is preferable).
• Solid proven hands on experience with identifying and addressing business needs & business transformation by building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of operational business relationships Business BIT team involvement on the SAP S4/HANA platform is essential
• Demonstrated strong project coordinate management skills in applying techniques to deliver actionable projects to enable business
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP SDLC delivery methodology and implementation of the solution according to the design and architecture
• Young & Energetic with Strong attention to detail and quality/accuracy of deliverables, preferring outcomes over outputs.
• Business and Digital Technology in Total Value-Chain of Foods Services, FMCG, manufacturing and POS Retail management be advantage.
